PARKING & CELLAR

Parking spaces are not included in the sale price of the apartments. Purchasers may purchase one or more seats at an additional cost. Each apartment has a number of allocated parking spaces without obligation to purchase. Visitor spaces for your guests and service personnel will also be available.

A cellar is included in the sale price of the apartments.

Sports coach, hairdressers and massages will be available on request for an additional cost.

SERVICES & CHARGES

Condominium charges are estimated at between €130 and €150 per m2 per year, subject to change until completion. These services will be included in the condominium fees: Maintenance and management of wellness and spa areas, fitness and meeting rooms, Concierge staff, valet, caretaker, security service, upkeep, maintenance, building manager, shuttle driver, gardener, fees co-ownership administrative: insurance, legal, syndic, auditor, maintenance of common areas, basements, facades, maintenance of the landscaped park, maintenance of the entire building: technical, electrical installation, air conditioning, elevators, system security and access control, costs related to the operation of the building: electricity, water, telephony and the two shuttle vehicles and their maintenance.

The inherent charges for water and electricity will be calculated on the basis of the consumption of each apartment.
